Lets fill in with adventures...and memorable stories.. so that one day we could look back at these books and be proud of it..... :D

Ayam Masak Jintan Gebera Style

Bahan

Bawang Besar (potong dadu)

Bawang Putih (hiris halus)

Halia (diketuk)

Kicap Pekat (kalau xde kicap manis pun boleh)

Garam secukupnya

Air sedikit

Bahan ditumbuk / dikisar kasar

Jintan Manis (*2 sudu besar - sukatan membukit)

Jintan Putih (*1 sudu besar - sukatan membukit)

Lada Hitam (ikut selera)

*ratio jintan jika perlu tambah adalah Jintan Manis : Jintan Putih (2:1 sudu OR 4:2 sudu)

Cara Penyediaan

1. Perap Ayam, bahan kisar, halia n garam selama 1 jam atau lebih

-Ayam Perapan-

2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga layu

3. Masukkan ayam yg diperap tadi kedalam kuali, kicap pekat dan air sedikit.
    (Jgn byk air sebab nnt air ayam akan keluar)
    Masak ayam sampai lembut dan berminyak.
    Tambah lada hitam dan garam jika perlu.

    Tadaaa........

The One Hundred Post...

Not much post in 2013....but very much things has happen indeed.... this is the most memorable year ever.. I got Dengue in March, I was sick and warded with slip disc in July, I'm gonna get married in October and move into my new house by end of the year (finally). Basically I've utilized all my 2013 leave entitlement except maternity leave... heeeee....

But my new employer has been very very understanding and supportive...When I was sick... even my Senior Mgr sms me and said "Don't worry about the office and have a good rest" Ada hikmahnya dapat kerja baru...I was also been able to be referred to Gleneagle for my un-aspect-ed illness..

and recently I'm super busy.... with lots of preparation that needs to be done...... of coz for my Big Day... Very soon I'm gonna be Mrs Hulk... Dengan izi Allah s.w.t., semoga segalanya berjalan dengan lancar... Amin...

MeDiCaL ChEcKuP...

Since I receive THE call from CAPITOL CITIZEN, my heart can't stop pumping extremely... (kalau stop pumping, lain pulak maksudnya ekk...hehe) On top of that, I've been having this strong headache... probably due to the worried feeling about the medical result.. So En Hulk insist that I drink this NATURAL DRINK to ease the headache (caused by Blood Pressure...)

PEGAGA ASAM BOI

 

On Monday morning, as early as 7.30am, En Hulk drive me to Pusrawi for my Medical Checkup... But the clinic starts at 8.00am... So we were kind of early.. If I pass this checkup, I will be able to collect my Offer Letter...

 

From Urine Test to Blood Test to Audio Test to X-Ray, well the whole checkup process went on SMOOTHLY and ended at 11.50am.. I then meet with the Doctor at 1.00pm and to my surprise the Doc was also from Penang... hehe what a small world.. Ok about my result...So he was a little worried about my blood pressure and cholesterol.. Both nearing border.. He advice me to reduce my weight... (Insya Allah, will definitely do it Doc!)

But all in all.. He rated me as "FIT TO WORK!!!!" 

Double YEY!!!! 

 

Got my medical result and off to have lunch.. After lunch, I went home to change my clothes before heading to TOWER 1 to collect my Offer Letter.. but something unexpected happen after that... 

En Hulk was waiting for me at my condo's parking.. he switched off the engine and went out to "puff some oxygen of his" and when I came down all dress up, ready to go... our dearly beloved Gen2 was not ready.. The car couldn't start... By the way, we just changed the battery recently...

En Hulk tried many times but it was still the same... so he had no choice but to take his motorbike and get the mechanic here...  As I was waiting patiently (actually trying to cool myself down), at the same time thinking what will be my second choice... oh ya the LRT PUTRA... but suddenly I heard THUNDER... "Oh God...please don't rain..."

10 minutes later, En Hulk came back with the mechanic, after he tested a few things, we got to know that there is a problem with the fius box... It will take an hour plus to fixed it as they need to order a new set... I look at En Hulk and he looked at me...at the same time the thunder above us was getting louder...we both look up... 

So he said.."I'm sorry but I think you need to take the train... no worries I'll take you there".. 

"Boss, pinjam helmet saya mau bawak dia p lrt nnt saya datang.." he told the mechanic... 

Apa tunggu lagi..hujan tu takkan tunggu kita... I hop on his bike.. kepitkan X-ray Envelope yg besaq gila tu kt ketiak I... and VROOOMM... tp as soon as we went out from the parking lot.. it starts drizzling.. By the time I got to the LRT Station, I quickly ran under the taxi stand to check the envelope.. there were several drops of rain on the envelope...tp bila I check inside it was still dry... PHEEWHH.. 

So I ran upstairs to buy the ticket and quickly hop into the first LRT that arrives... mmg masa tu it was raining cats and dogs...(I wonder why they call it cats & dogs.. hmm..) but I was SMILING inside the LRT...knowing that my Medical Report is save.. Only that at the same time, everyone was looking at me..(waduhhh malu gak la...masa tu..but at that point of time... I was like.. WHO CARES!!) 

Alhamdulillah I arrive at Tower 1, 20 minutes later... and got this small but really PRECIOUS envelope....

Seriously it was a Dugaan yg Alhamdulillah dapat di hadapi... We have to always remember this... problems or dugaan is NOT a stop... its just a SMALL TEST that GOD knows you can handle it... Just go through it... I can't explain the feeling after you overcomes it... You just have to try it yourself... (*~_~)

"I don't know what to say..." - Daddy-

Me: Daddy, I pass my interview...I GOT IN!!! They just call me..

Daddy: Alhamdulillah... I don't know what to say...

Me: Alhamdulillah is the right respond, Daddy.. Thanks for your doa and restu...

I think this is the FIRST time in my life I made both my parents PROUD... FYI, tose days... I was the only child with bad results.. I was not as clever as my other siblings...  My results was always at the border..In fact I was the only one who did not enter MRSM... I also notice that I'm more of a practical person than a theoretical person...

But this time... I feel that I made it... I work hard to earn this SUCCESS in life.. Thanks Allah... for Blessing me... Alhamdulillah... Monday is my medical checkup...(*~_~)

6 + 6 = 12

6 + 6 = 12, such a "Touch" thing to say... too much series Ms Gebera... heeee.... 
(actually it means 06.06.12)

7.30am sharp I dah terpacak depan TOWER 1, KLCC... So I went straight to the receptionist... I inform her that I have an interview at 8am at level 37...and then she said...
 

"kita cuma boleh lepaskan naik selepas pukul 7.45pg"

Waduhhhh patahhhhhh semangat ku seminit....hehehe... so tercegat la lagi i kt lobby tu... then after 7.45am, I went up to level 37 and wait right in front of room 3712... Well my interview session starts at 9am.. before that the HR assistant had handed me my Case Study Paper for me to prepare myself.. 

There were 3 sessions in the interview:

1st Session (Ice Breaking)

* Introduce yourself

* About your current job

* Strength

* Weakness

* Best Achievements

* Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years

 

2nd Session (Case Study)

Topic: Consumer Dissatisfaction

* Summarize the Case Study

* Your Opinion about the problem

* Short & long term solution

p/s: the interviewer will never stop arguing with you..just to see how you react...

3rd Session (Competency Behavioral) 

Kena crita actual experience

* A situation when you have to solve a problem

* A situation when you have to encounter doing something that is not from your area...or meaning to say.. zero knowledge.. 

* as I was explaining question no 2, I knind of already cover answer for Q3... so i have no idea what is question no.3... :)

After 2 hours of explaining, convincing and promoting myself to the lovely interviewers, my interview finally comes to its ends... before i leave the room, one of the interviewer said to me...

"So after this when they call you, you should get your medical checkup and everything ready..."

Will I make it...?

Walau apa pun yang terjadi.. inilah pengalaman yang paling berHARGA pernah I lalui... to be called by PETRONAS for the 2nd time - to attend their STRUCTURED INTERVIEW...Syukur Alhamdulillah...

5th Anniversary..

Happy 5th Anniversary to me... (*~_~)

Harini genaplah 5 tahun saya berKHIDMAT di BI... Seriously speaking...I'm actually very proud of myself... Within this 5 years...

1. I manage to learn and lead a unit which was totally different from what I learn in UM...
   (Learn:Programmer.. Work:Payroll...)  
2. I manage to control myself from jumping to another job... coz someone told me before, to ensure that u master that area..make sure u atleast have 5 years of working experience...If not u'll just be called as "Job Hoppers" (bukan island jer ada Island Hoping k....hehe)
3. I manage introduce more than 15 improvements in my Units...(able to change from manuals to auto)
4. My Boss rated me as the Key Personal in his Division... Wow! That is such a great honor....

So....to me....GREAT JOB and...

 

p/s: I pernah berniat dulu yg after 5 years kerja sini baru I akan decide whether to move to other job or not... tup tup... genap jer 5 tahun...baru dpt call untuk attend for the 2nd interview at PETRONAS next Wednesday... 06.06.12...

PaMPeRiNG MySelF..

I've been having this back pain for the past few weeks.. rasa tegang sangat urat2...tangan and kaki pulak asyik rasa kebas jer... 

Solution: Its time for me to pamper myself... So I went to  Puri Santika Spa...near my house.. I took the Massage Package (Urut Tradisional, Stim Herba & Lulur) Oh I just love their Stim Herba....Marvellous!!!  

Then I took another package.. The Vitamin C Facial Package...I almost felt asleep.. thats how nice and relax I was... I even bought their Women's Juice for Rejuvenation... I must say it taste DELICIOUS... just take once a day... Its good for our whole body system...

After 3½ hours of pampering myself at the Spa.., I went to Sheem (Unisex hair and beauty salon) pulak.. hehehe... for my hair... I really need to Cut, Wash & Blow..So I did... another 1½ hours of pampering..heeee....

A whole day of pampering....  (*~_~)

As I've been waiting... I received a call this evening from PETRONAS.. calling me to attend the 2nd interview a.k.a the REAL INTERVIEW... Somewhere next week... This weekend is gonna be My Intensive Study Week...

Never in my life facing the "SHOP-A-HOLIC" syndrome... FYI, I don't shop most of the time unless its really needed.. basically because its really hard to get clothes or shoes for my size... but this time I can feel that something has been pushing me to shops just to release my stress.. 

All in all just in this week I've bought 4 Blouses, 2 Slacks, 1 Jeans, 3 Shoes and 1 Painting... What's happening to me??? OMG.. I have to do something about my new sydrome.. These are some of the things I bought..

HuMBLe Me..

Early of this week I receive a surprising email... I have been called by one of Malaysia's most PRESTIGE ORGANIZATION... I was soooo shock!!! I can't explain how I feel... 

Its like you r living in a big country (Malaysia)... in that country there is this huge Organization  (or shud i say tallest building), who manage to found ME... (just an ordinary person/ nobody..) .. and this huge Org. call me to present myself at their MANSION...

The feeling would be exactly as how the main actress of the HUNGER GAME MOVIE felt...hehe...

   

  

As in my case... it was not to entertain this CAPITOL CITIZENS.. but to attend for an INTERVIEW.. with....

After a short interview of 1½ hours later, all I can remember is the kind interviewer's last message to me... he said.. 

"If you pass this first cit cat session,
you will be called for the REAL interview..
but looking at your attitude and style, 

there's nothing for you to worry about.."

Althought that was his words, but I did screw a few questions.. like when they asked about my Hobbies? which I answered watching movies.. why can't I answer COOKING or even Handwork like Gubahan Hantaran... abis busuk pun GARDENING!!! and also when they asked have you been involved in any social works? and I answered, NO! I shud have answered, Yes I've been assisting my mom in preparing her slides for her voluntary HIV/AIDS talk...

Ok for now...let past be past... all I can do now is praying and hoping they will call me for the 2nd interview soon...

P/S: It was a great EXPERIENCE and VIEW up there from the 37th floor, KLCC TOWER 1..

SuGaR Vs Ants

My Sunday free time activity.. Sugar Vs Ants Sorting Project..

Step 1: Spread the unsorted sugar in a big tray.. if the ants are still alive they will start to run..

Step 2: Once the Alive Ants are out.. Scoop / Pour the Sugar into a smaller plate..

Step 3: Then you can see the Dead Ants in between the sugar..Pick them one by one..

Step 4: Finally pour the Ant-free Sugar into a clean air tight container.

And that is how I spend my free time..heee...

Alhamdulillah.. result Medic Checkup dah keluar.. Everything was clear.. Doc said, "Very Good and I know you have been doing exercise.." cuma...  he's Cholesterol was a lil bit high.. doc,"You fogging ka??" I was like, "What?? why is this doc asking about fogging now? ada suspect Denggi pulak ka??" rupa2nya dia tanya En Hulk smoke ka tak..hehehe cute Senior Doc... anyway doc advice him to control and ask him to go on a 6 month strict diet plan.. (tapi aku tgk dia main belasah jer..)

NoSe Tall Jia..

I was cleaning my store room when I came across with something.. 

FLASHBACK: It was my 3rd year in UM.. I was busy focusing with my thesis.. A Learning Software for Babies (age 1-3 years old..) the unique part of my thesis is that its in BM.. we often see computer learning software in Eng.. but we hardly see (or at that time there was none) in BM... 

But a Bad Tragedy happen one day.. someone broke into my hostel room when me and my roommate  was sleeping.. He took our hand phone, my laptop and of coz my thesis project...  

But thanks to my lovely Thesis Supervisor, she gave me and extension.. and a Million Thanks to my Elder Bro..he gave me his old laptop... it flew all the way from JAPAN..

Yes with this IBM ThinkPad, I manage to finished my THESIS 1 week earlier than the extension date.. heee.. I'm so Proud of myself.. for not being disturbed by the incident and I also manage to FOCUS in finishing the project even though I had to start from SQUARE 1... (dapat A lagi you!)

Look at the keyboard..it has Japanese Character.. 

It doesn't have touch-pad.. but you can use that tiny RED looking button (in between "G" and "H") to move the cursor.. Health-wise, hmmm.. OK laaa.. Still breathing...  but after 10 minutes, it will HANG...(Minor stroke) hehe.. (Ye la dah sampai masa dia..) But I still kept it nicely in my store room... 

Jasa mu ku kenang...
