Z' House Problems..

Below are all the problemss that need to be fixed.. 

1. Pagar dah kena gunting... need to re-ikat...

2. Isi Kandungan BD Board da kena curik... Plus TnB pulak dah potong lektrik..

3. Sink Guest Toilet da hilang....

 

4. Plug Point pun kena curik?? Not 1 but 3 units!!!       (Hello...murah je kot...RM1.20 dah leh dpt!! Poyo punya Pencurik!!)

The first thing that we plan to do once we got the House Key is to clear Mr. Lalang's territory... En Hulk volunteer himself to do it.. So that we can save our budget for other things... but when we went to the house yesterday and saw the lawn... to our surprise, Mr Lalang has grown up fast and now they are much much much taller than us..

 "Tak payah nk merepek.. sat lagi ada harimau ka, gajah ka dlm tu...pengsan lak.. kita upah org jer la..for the first time...next time part nk maintain nnt u buat la..."

We all pun jumpa la management and tanya2...dia pun introduce la the inhouse gardener... Look at today's progress...

CoLoRs & RooMs...

Before i start... let me clear things up... this blog is not a catalog org menega (berniaga) or tgh promote brg letrik or buat sale...  satgi ada yg mai dok order barang kt aku pulak... mampuih! hehe just joking!

Ok after along break...our topic for today is...COLORS...  
YES! We definitely need to paint the house... this is another small thing that i need to really think about... coz it will be costly since it involves the whole house area.. ok actually there is two option... to use wallpapers.. or to paint the house.. I would LOVE to use Wallpapers that gives 3D effects... just like these...

But reality-ly the cost is too high...so for now.. we will just maintain with paint.. Lets start with...

The Living & Dining
How about GREEN!... sort of apple green color... kalau bukan the entire living pun...maybe just the feature wall...but actually I LOVE GREEN WALLS and WHITE FURNITURE....and a touch of DARK WOOD... sumfin like this..

But again.. the sofa is WHITE! Living in Malaysia with white sofa?? tak brapa kena pulak... so i'll have to pass my dream (again) Yenneway.. but I'll make sure the living & dining be GREEN!! ok where was i...ahaa next..


The Kitchen
Since the living and Dining is gonna be Green... so i was thinking of a BROWN kitchen.... but we need a whole new topic to discuss about the kitchen itself... (coz seriously mcm2 nk kena pikir pasal kitchen area... if possible dont wanna end up like my fren who regret asking her hubby to designed the kitchen for her and it turns up to be sooooooo NOT Practical for her...bygkan xdak drawers for spoons...ok..enuff bebeling...) Whats good about a kitchen is... dia ada kitchen cabinets... and it covers 80% of the kitchen area... so the cabinets can be Brown... and the walls can remain as white or cream.. after all wall tu cuma sejemput jer yg akan nampak pun... so we will go in detail about that soon in our next topic...ok Next... Rooms..


The 1st Room 
a.k.a. The Office and Store Room meaning there will be no bed in this room.. Cupboards for storing things.. and tables for computers, fax machine and other office stuff..  kind of a Techno Room... so i thought of a Mixture of PURPLE and GREY might give a kick!

The 2nd Room 
a.k.a. The Guest Room.. which i hope there will be a bed.. and a cupboard.. (depending on budget) if got extra budget my Divan bed will go in this room and I'll get a NEW BED!! AHAKS!! This room is gonna be floral.... Double AHAKS! with DUCHESS Color...

The Master Bedroom 
Since there is too many colors in the house... the master bed will remain as just CREAM...or probably PEARL WHITE...hehe.. only the cadar and the langsir will determine the color of the room at times....hehe..

LighTiNgS...

Today is just one damn lazy day... yeah i know... its not the day actually... its me that is lazy to move my bum bum anywhere...hehe... so all i did all day long (besides washing, sidai and lipating the clothes) was just watching my downloaded NEW SEASON SERIES wuhuuu... and also was putting some detail thoughts about the new house lighting... although its just a LIGHT!

A small thing that u can just buy anywhere at anytime... but u don't want to end up buying the tah apa2 design that will spoil the look of the house pulak kan... Kalau ikutkan hati yang bercitarasa tinggi ni... mcm2 gaya aku nk tempek kat dinding dan ceiling tu....tp bak kata En Hulk....we don't want it to look like kedai lampu pulak nnt...hahahaha...Both of us agree to look for sumfin simple and nice...
 
Ok in order to prepare the budget for the Lightings.... i have to count how many lights and budget the max price for each lights if i were to buy nnt...so this is what i have come out with:

LIGHTING BUDGET

1. Ceiling Lights
• 16 units       RM1,500
2. Wall Lights
• 3 units           RM   300
3. Fans
• 4 units           RM   400
• 1 unit (Big)  RM   300

Total Lighting Budget = RM2,500
But that is if i decide to buy all at 1 GO.... so kalau nk safe lagi... kita akan beli mana yg betul2 perlu saja dulu...mana yg xjumpa lampu lawa2 lagi xyah beli lagi...bila jumpa yg dah puas hati baru beli nnt...tukang pasang ada..anytime jer... janji tolong pegang vacuum je kalau dia kena drill..hehe..

FieLD TRiPs

In my previous post, I have list down some of the main things that i need to buy... so before we could start with our BUDGET.. we have to do some FIELD TRIPS first! That is to survey the range of price per item. so that we do not over spent pulak nnt...

Ok as for today, we have visited few places... such as PSM in Klang, a Tile shop in Shah Alam (that is just to get some idea... plus En Hulk was planning to retile the bathroom) and a Lighting shop in Puchong (which sells..seriously CHEAP LIGHTS!!) Actually this is our 3rd Field Trip.. 

1st Field Trip (3 weeks earlier)

We went to Jln Ipoh... kononnya nk SURVEY brg2 toilet, hob & hood jer...  but we end up buying it!! but we got all at 50%... nnt i tunjuk gmbr2 brg yg i beli... since that incident we decide to control our nafsu-sss by reminding that we dont have the money yet!!!! which is kind of true...hehe...

2nd Field Trip (last weekend)
We went to the Renovation Exhibition in Midvalley... great offer...but xde benda yg important or should i say PRIORITY to buy or to booked...cuma the best deal was the Wood Flooring by Floor Depot.. ni yang jenis Double Layered, price range at RM7 - RM8 per sqft boleh dpt 50% discount then tambah RM1.90per sqft for pasang..patutnya boleh byr booking for RM500 jer...then the booking can last for 1 year...but when we think rationally, the wood flooring is not considered as priority yet...so we will grab the next exhibition punya deal nnt...prob end of next year! hehe..

Seperti yang dijanji kan layanla gambar brg2 yg i dah beli masa i lupa diri tu... 

1. A set of Fagor Hob + Hood + Oven (after less 50%)

• Hob : 3 Burners
• Hood : Extraction Motor of 1,200m³/h & with Charcoal Filter
• Oven: Multifunction Six (6) Cooking Program & 51 Liters

2. Johnson Suisse Square Basin RM310 (after less 50%)

3. Giant Shower (1' x 1')

(I know...whats with the blue lights kan... tringin nk jadi SMURF kot!! hehe..)

and ada la brg kecik2 yg lain...like water taps and bidet...

PERINGATAN TEGAS: Less Buying More Survey.... then we can choose the best and cheapest item to buy when the time comes...
