My 1st 2012 Annual Leave...

I've never thought that I'll be spending my 1st 2012 leave watching a NEW SERIES the whole day... so guess what Great Series that catches my interest.....

Nahhh...seriously you'll never thought of it...

And of coz I DOWNLOADED from the very first Episode of the very first Season...

First of all, they are so so sooo ADORABLE...and extremely TALENTED... from the oldest 13 years old to the youngest 9 years old... just give them anything, altough with limited time and pressure, they can still manage to produce a MARVELOUS dish... and what touches me the most is that they are sooo young...and they never give up... although they did cry if anything goes wrong...but with a great support from the Chef Judges, they manage to finished it...By the way, it did made me cry a few times...but its HAPPY TEARS k... I'm just so PROUD of them...

Being inspired by the Fabulous Chef-lings... I decided to try one of the Chef's Cooking Class Recipe...you may watch S01E06 (here)....but I'm gonna make a major modify-ing as to what ingredient I have in my Pantry...hehe...(*~_~)

Chicken Schnitzel Gebera Style

Bahan Bread Crumbs
Roti Gardenia (dibakar dalam Oven until very BROWN & blend) 
Serbuk Lada Hitam
Serbuk ParsleySedikit Garam 
Cheese Keping (dicincang halus)

Bahan Lain

Isi Ayam (dipotong dan diketuk supaya nipis) 
1 biji Telur
Sedikit Tepung Gandum
Buttercup

Cara Penyediaan

1. Letakkan Tepung, Telur dan Bahan Bread Crumbs dalam pinggan yang berasingan. 
2. Isi Ayam akan dicelup mengikut turutan...
   
   i. Tepung Gandum
   
   

      
   
   
   
   ii. Telur
   
   
      
   
   
   
   iii. Bahan Bread Crumbs
      
   
   
   
3. Meltz da sedikit Butter atas frying pan...and masak ayam approximately 3 minutes or until its Golden Brown... and...WAALAA its ready!

Note..

* This dish is sooo Simple yet Complicated... But usually a lil hard work, you will get a  GREAT dish!

Baby Sitter for the Weekend..

It was a very HECTIC weekend with my lil nephew.. Lil Luqy.. a 1++ year old cheeky boy with genius brains.. 

The reason I had to spent my weekend with Lil Luqy was because my elder Brother n Sis In Law had to attend a 2Days 1 Nite Event somewhere in Hulu Selangor.. (so they are not that far..if anything bad were to happen I can just ask them to come back home..and Syukur Alhamdulillah...nothing really bad happen)

Actually my Brother had set two Main task for me.. that is to babysit his son...and fetch our Maktok at my Uncle's House in Sg Buaya, Rawang... So the whole day of Saturday I spent in Rawang together with Lil Luqy and my Lil Brother.. and then after dinner we came back to my brother's house in Damansara..

That nite, I slept with Lil Luqy.. at first it was alrite.. but then it got worst when he woke up at 2am and thought I was his mommy... O.M.G!!! then luckily Bibik was there to cool him down.. then again he woke up at 4am again..crying..I think the boy really misses his mommy... poor thing..(I siap bukak Disney Channel for him to cool down... hehe sonok ekk dpt tgk tb pagi2 buta..)

But poor me too.. I got this really bad headache when I woke up this morning.. probably with the tiredness from driving plus I was not able to sleep well through the nite.. 

But as for Lil Luqy.. he was back to his Happy Mode.. this morning.. playing with his bicycle.. and gomol2 with us.. watching his Disney Channel... and not to forget... punggah his mommy's tupperware cupboard.. Poor Bibik...have to kemas back..

Ni lagi satu.. pantang org bukak Laptop.. sibuk nk suruh kita bukak Youtube cari Elmo Song lah... Sesame Street Songs lah... ape2 jer lah... hehehehe.. Budak2 zaman IT lah katakan...

Minta2 la masa study pun camni nnt...AMIN!!

Lepas lunch td... I dah nk balik.. plus his parent pun dah on da way back.. and since ada my Maktok, I tak risau sgt nk tinggalkan Lil Luqy with Bibik.. On my way back, I drop my Lil Brother kat UM dulu... then baru balik to my HOME SWEET HOME...

Sampai jer umah..do some laundry.. and lepak depan Laptop tgk my tv series.. I was actually trying to get some rest...or should I say...sleep... hehehe...that was the main reason kenapa nk balik awal...hehehhe.. 

So Meet Erica Strange....

This is also one of my fav series...Yes in life we intend to regret on what has happen... and we kept on saying.. "If I could have chosen the other road... hmmm.." (then mengeluh)

The the real fact is that...

"Everything Happen For A Reason..."

and 

"Ada Hikmah Disebaliknya... "

So in this series, since she has never like her life.. and always regret on every single thing that she does... she was given a chance to go back to the past and face it if she were to choose the other road..and Yes it always turns out that what ever she choose earlier was best or was meant for her..

Nothing much today... just some normal Saturday routine... wake-up..

1. Put clothes in the washing machine..
2. Check my Series Download...hehe wajib..
3. Breakfast sambil tgk Series2 yang baru downloaded...
4. Angkat baju yg dah kering.. and lipat clothes sambil tgk series lg...
   
   Ups and downs of being parents.. YES it is challenging.. and YES our parents are very strong!
   
   
5. Sidai Baju yg baru basuh... (hehe xla sambil tgk series kan...kornik nya kalau sambil tgk gak...)
6. Kemas dapur yg tah apa2 la bersepah2 tu...including washing the dishes..
7. Cook Lunch...
8. Do homework... I mean Office work at home.. (apa ingat org kerja xdak homework ka!!)
   
9. Bila rasa ngantuk... Search for movies to download... ada la jumpa dalam 15 movies yg I tgh download skrg.. hehe.. will inform if its worth watching...
10. Dinner..
11. Blogging... & Net Surfing...

MoNdaY Blues to MoNdaY Woohooess...

It is a Public Holiday here in Malaysia...due to the Raya Haji Celebration Yesterday... Hence, I have officially declared today to be my Lazy Day.. hehe

Since morning, I have been enjoying myself with breakfast & movie watching in bed.. I finally have time to watch all the series and movies that had been downloaded for the past few weeks... sbb punya la sibuk sampai xsempat2 nk tgk sblm ni... 

Bak kata pepatah, "Sambil menyelam minum air.." so sambil tgk movies, sambil download lagi... as usual every monday I will download DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (Season 8) 

Never had enough of them...walaupun mcm2 hal si housewives ni akan create or go through... But what I ENVY them the most is their FRIENDSHIP... and how they manage to stay together no matter what happen.. (Read more about this Season here..)

As at today, it's already at episode 7... and everytime I watch this series, I will definitely remember Ms SRK (FYI, not Shah Rukh Khan or Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan k!!) OMG, ur name can represent so many things....hehe.. 

A lil' intro about Ms SRK, a humble wife of a Famous Band Drummer with 4 adorable and brilliant kids.. (2 lovely Gurlz and 2 Charming Boyz..) She loves to eat Secret Recipe and adore White Bags and Shoes...

Back to us..yes, everytime we call each other, I will be updating her with the latest news (or should i say episode) about Desperate Housewives.. and the way we talk about the housewives, sounds more like we were just talking about our next door neighbour... hehehe.. Seriously, we are sooo into it and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE this series..

Yes I know Ms SRK, I have yet to give you this season's episodes... bagi aku kumpul a few more... kang 1 malam ko dah boleh abiskan episode tu semua...hehehe...

Oh by the way, I more think yg buat I teringat kat dia lately ni was because...I bought a new pair of shoes... and you know what... its WHITE!! hehe

A One Day MaiD For My BirtHdaY

No wonder I asyik teringat kat Ms J..hehehe...she came to KL on my Birthday! and it was a surprise party... I was sooo touched! ok ok can't tell that story yet..... ada gambar yg I xdapat nk amik lg...to upload here.... (I lovee doing flashback anyway...hehe)

Therefore i shall talk about the day after my Birthday... ok straight foward...My house is like a Tongkang Pecah! hehe my Mommy love to use that word when my room is in such a mess..

And mmg dari awal lg...my Saturday plan is to CLEAN z'HOUSE.. I even told En Hulk not to make any plans on that day...and now baru i faham when he said, 

En Hulk: "Ok, I'll get you a maid to help you on dat day..."

Me: "No...No... xpayah... i suka kemas sendiri...lecehla i nk kena arah org buat itu ini...baik i buat sendiri..."

At first I really tot he would hire a maid....rupa2 nya yang dimaksudkan maid was Ms J.... coz he already knew that she will be crashing over at my place..

A lil' intro about Ms J, a down to earth only child of a rich family in BM, who is a Cat Lover and addicted to karaoke as well as foodz.. The OCDs (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) inside her has turns her into a very well prepared and too organized lady.. 

Yenneway.. this was what the two Single Ladies did...


Morning:

1. Breakfast in bed...we had leftover KFCs & Cuppy Cake.. while playing Plant Vs Zombie 2 (pc game) and she got addicted to it... (Note for Ms J: Watch this, and download here)
2. Then she wanted to copy my Movies & TV Series into her pendrive that was only 8GB.. hello... this is the queen of download babe... I have about 300GB la kot... mana la nk muat pendrive cinonitttt dia tu... sooo she had to screen through all the movies/tv series that she really wanted.. In the end she decided to copy the tv series jer... ok tv series jer aku ada 200GB... dah tu dia tak tau nak amik yg mana pulak coz x familiar with the titles... so I told her to watch the 1st episode of each series...then bru decide which to take... THERE GOES MY MAID!!!!!
3. While she was enjoying her movies in bed....Sambil drinking her cold water using her FAV CUP... I was moving my bum bum around....cuci baju ( handwash & machine), lipat baju, cuci pinggan, kemas pinggan n cuci shower curtain....

Afternoon:

1. Lunch in Bed at 3pm...I cooked Meggi Goreng Ayam (mamak style...sebab kering & ada egg).. and for the "Ayam" yes... what else...leftover KFC again...tinggal 3 ketul yg sgt besar...i just potong kecik2... saute balik dgn buttercup skit...and campur masa meggi dah siap....WAALAAA senangkan...
2. My maid??? yes, she is still alive...and enjoying herself watching z'series.... 
3. After lunch.... lepak jap...join maid tgk series... masa tu dia dah kind of decided what she likes..

Hence, she will be taking HAPPILY DIVORCE (sbb pelakon dia.. THE NANNY..Ms Fran Fine...damn she is sooooo naturally funny...) 

 And... DROP DEAD DIVA (We just love the confidence in her...)
  

Itupun... Drop Dead Diva cuma muat Season 1 jer dlm pendrive cinooonittt dia tu... the other 2 seasons... sorryla.. tak dapek den nk nolong...(pepandai la hang p download sendiri nnt noo...aku dh ajaq mcm mana kan...)

Evening:

1. At 6pm, masa I tgh keluarkn vacuum, my maid tetiba notify me that my house is sooooo SERABUT.. (Hello... what have I been doing since morning, my dear???) So she finally, offer herself to help me sort things out... 
2. We rearrange some furniture in the Living Room, dia buang habis brg2 nonsense that has been lying around for ages... she rearrange my kitchen's shelves...(oh by the way, dia ni anak didik Mr Monk)

 

 U get what i mean, huh??hehe.. and yes Ms WAWS, that is an IKEA Bookshelf (Billy ape tah namenye..), Utensil Container... and Alas Shelf.. (incase u notice it.. hehe)

While Ms J is enjoying tossing all my stuff... as a complimentary from Chef Gebera herself... I cooked for her...(*~_~)

Ayam Masak Kicap Gebera Style

Bahan-Bahannya..
5 ketul Ayam (dipotong kecil - bhgian tulang lg best!)
1 biji Ubi Kentang (dibelah 8)
1 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
1 inci halia (diketuk)
Kicap Pekat Jalen/Kicap Kipas Udang Manis
Garam & Gula secukupnya


Bahan Rempah..
Bunga Lawang
Bunga Cengkih
Kulit Kayu Manis


Cara Penyediaan..

1. Masukkan semua bahan diatas (kecuali ubi) dan Air (bagi tenggelam ayam tu) ke dalam periuk...
2. Reneh atas api perlahan sehingga mendidih about 10 minutes, nak bagi stok ayam tu keluar - naturally ;) hehe..
3. Once dah mendidih, masukkan Ubi dan tambah air jika perlu...
4. Reneh for about 10 minutes more (or sampai ubi tu empuk) and keep on adding air.
5. Then put in Garam & Gula... and... WAALAA its ready!

 Note..

I guna kicap pekat... tu yang gelap sikit kalernyer...
