CoOkinG MooD oN...

Bangun pagi td tekak terasa nak makan masak lemak udang...  mula2 ingt nk p tapau jer kat Gerai Abg Perak....tp pikir2 balik...bila lagi nk mengasah bakat yg tak seberapa ni.. hehe...  So i decided to COOK!! (hmmm lama xmasak..)

As usual, me being an amateur in this cooking industry.. every time nak masak jer.. is either i will call my mom or maktok to ask for the recipe...or i will just search in the internet... but today... before i search in the net, i teringat yang i penah masak masakan ni sebelum ni and i dah save pun the recipe... so i open my RECIPE FOLDER in my laptop... but guess what!!! it was not there... the recipe is not there........ then i teringat all my recipe is in my old laptop... but dengan sekelip mata i teringt yg my old laptop has been REFORMAT due to some bloody virus attack!! yes... all my photos... my recipes.. my memory...are all GONE WIND THE WIND!!!  (eh ter-emo la plak)

Hence, sekarang i dah bertekad untuk men-collect semula all my missing recipe..and I've found a better idea on how to keep all my amateur recipe so that i won't loose it again.. 

That is to keep it in here (*~_~) ngeh ngeh ngeh...

Masak Lemak Udang Gebera Style

Bahan-Bahannya..
8 - 10 ekor Udang (bersaiz sederhana)
1 batang Serai (dititik / diketuk)
3 keping Asam Gelugur (kecik)

3-4 sudu besar Santan Kotak (ikut kepekatan)
1 helai Daun Kunyit (dihiris halus)
Garam & Gula secukupnya (xperlu perasa!!)
 

Bahan Blend..
2 ulas Bawang Merah
1 ulas Bawang Putih
2 biji Cili Merah
5 biji Cili Padi
1 biji Serai (kecil)
1 inci Kunyit Hidup
1/2 inci Halia

Cara Penyediaan..

  1. Masukkan Bahan Blend, Serai, Udang dan sedikit Air (sukatan as u like) ke dalam periuk.
  2. Reneh atas api perlahan sehingga mendidih about 5 minutes.
  3. Once dah mendidih, masukkan Asam Gelugur & Santan, then start to kacau non-stop so that the kuah tak jadi berketul.
  4. Bila kuah dah start mendidih.. put in Garam & Gula... kacau lagi.. sambil tu rasa la... apa yg xcukup.. (Pedas, Masin, Masam, Manis...semua mesti ada). Mana xcukup tambah la... tapi make sure api slow n never stop stirring.. 
  5. Lastly, tabur hirisan Daun Kunyit...and WAALAA its ready!
 Note..
I like my masak lemak to be slightly not too yellow..(a bit red-dish) Thats y i guna cili merah
(And kepada sesiapa yg nak guna recipe I ni...pepandai la improvise mengikut tekak sendiri...)
