Stay CLeaN...Stay WhiTe...

FLASH BACK: This story goes waaaaaay back during Ramadhan season.... when En Hulk and me went to berbuka puasa at one of my best frenz (during Matrix), Ms WAWS's house....tujuan utama kunjungan kami adalah sebagai Sang Kontraktor bersama pembantunya... dimana perkhidmatan kami (speciallizing in drilling) diperlukan untuk mengantung beberapa product IKEA yg terdiri daripada RAK BUKU dan CERMIN MUKA...Yang peliknya mula2 tu ada 3 item je... tapi bila sampai jer umah dia terus jadi 5 item..... (masa bila la minah ni p tambah beli pulokkk...) 

Oh before I go on, a lil' intro about Ms WAWS, a married GURL who has fall in love with IKEA... never stop laughing just about anything you say and prefer SLEEPING than EATING.. hehe... jangan mara ye Ms WAWS...

Back to the story... after the hard work is what we have been waiting for... The Delicious Nasi Ayam prepared by our dearest CHEF WAWS herself.. masa tu lah baru I tau yg sahabat I ni ada hidden talent rupanya...hehe siap tambah nasi 2 kali tu....ngeh ngeh ngeh... (ni yg suka nk p tolong gantung2 barang kt umah dia lgi ni...)

Yenneway, lepas dah selesai makan segala bagai... masa tgh ngemas sambil bergossip... (MOSTLY BERGOSSIP then mengemas hehe) So she ask me whether i know how to clean white leather/pvc sofa that has black stain... This is how it goes...

Ms WAWS: "Mu tahu, aku ada meja sofa ni..lapik dia cam pvc sket.. siap ada 4 size.. tapi dulu kaler dia tu putih..tp sekarang ni...pepaham ler... hehehe.. eh mu tahu tak camne nok cuci" (oh btw, dia org Ganu...hehe)

Me: "Tahu!!! Hang sental jer guna span cuci pinggan n sabun cuci pinggan tu.... Mama aku yang ajaq...." (and I org Penang.. hehe... sambil mendemokan kat cara nk cuci tu kt dia)

Ms WAWS: "Waaaaaa... mu ni tahu jer nk buat menda2 ni.."

By the way, this TIPS, I got it from my dearest Mommy.... it can be use to clean just about anything... cuci periuk nasi.. washing machine... 

OR even a working table yg terkena kesan kunyit...just like this....

GReeN DaY..

It all started like this... One day En Hulk was not feeling well... he keep saying that he feels like he's SUGAR LEVEL dah naik! So I pulak...as usual being paranoid with sakit... bila masuk ofis dok sibuk la tanya2 my frenz... so one of them told me about this ulam that her husband is taking...and it helps alot! she said tomorrow she will bring for me... ahaks!! thats GREAT NEWS!!

Keesokkan harinya,as promise... my fren brought the keratan-keratan pokok ulam...she advice to take it as ulam but not more than 3 HELAI per day. (Don't ask y..coz i pun xtaw...nnt jadi LALOQ kot! hehe)

Yenneway...I pun bagi la kt En Hulk suruh dia makan... and this was our dialog:

Me: "En Hulk, Kak M bg Ulam Sambung Nyawa kat u.. to help Ur sugar level"
 
En Hulk: " You nak I sambung brapa lama lagi"

Me: "Hampeh!!!"


And yes...the name is ULAM SAMBUNG NYAWA... Since My fren bagi keratan batang2..so dia suruh i rendam dalam air bagi dia keluar akar dulu...then terus masuk pasu.... Pokok ni senang membiak... kalau rasa pokok tu dah tinggi jer...potong n pacak kat tepi2... sure bercambak2 naik...


Oh btw, I forgot to end En Hulk's story....he said that he feels much better after 3 days taking the ulam...so i guess it did helps.. (tp xtau la jugak...kekdg tu mind set jer...hehe)

CoOkinG MooD oN...

Bangun pagi td tekak terasa nak makan masak lemak udang...  mula2 ingt nk p tapau jer kat Gerai Abg Perak....tp pikir2 balik...bila lagi nk mengasah bakat yg tak seberapa ni.. hehe...  So i decided to COOK!! (hmmm lama xmasak..)

As usual, me being an amateur in this cooking industry.. every time nak masak jer.. is either i will call my mom or maktok to ask for the recipe...or i will just search in the internet... but today... before i search in the net, i teringat yang i penah masak masakan ni sebelum ni and i dah save pun the recipe... so i open my RECIPE FOLDER in my laptop... but guess what!!! it was not there... the recipe is not there........ then i teringat all my recipe is in my old laptop... but dengan sekelip mata i teringt yg my old laptop has been REFORMAT due to some bloody virus attack!! yes... all my photos... my recipes.. my memory...are all GONE WIND THE WIND!!!  (eh ter-emo la plak)

Hence, sekarang i dah bertekad untuk men-collect semula all my missing recipe..and I've found a better idea on how to keep all my amateur recipe so that i won't loose it again.. 

That is to keep it in here (*~_~) ngeh ngeh ngeh...

Masak Lemak Udang Gebera Style

Bahan-Bahannya..
8 - 10 ekor Udang (bersaiz sederhana)
1 batang Serai (dititik / diketuk)
3 keping Asam Gelugur (kecik)
3-4 sudu besar Santan Kotak (ikut kepekatan)
1 helai Daun Kunyit (dihiris halus)
Garam & Gula secukupnya (xperlu perasa!!)  

Bahan Blend..
2 ulas Bawang Merah
1 ulas Bawang Putih
2 biji Cili Merah
5 biji Cili Padi
1 biji Serai (kecil)
1 inci Kunyit Hidup
1/2 inci Halia

Cara Penyediaan..

1. Masukkan Bahan Blend, Serai, Udang dan sedikit Air (sukatan as u like) ke dalam periuk.
2. Reneh atas api perlahan sehingga mendidih about 5 minutes.
3. Once dah mendidih, masukkan Asam Gelugur & Santan, then start to kacau non-stop so that the kuah tak jadi berketul.
4. Bila kuah dah start mendidih.. put in Garam & Gula... kacau lagi.. sambil tu rasa la... apa yg xcukup.. (Pedas, Masin, Masam, Manis...semua mesti ada). Mana xcukup tambah la... tapi make sure api slow n never stop stirring.. 
5. Lastly, tabur hirisan Daun Kunyit...and WAALAA its ready!

 Note..

I like my masak lemak to be slightly not too yellow..(a bit red-dish) Thats y i guna cili merah
(And kepada sesiapa yg nak guna recipe I ni...pepandai la improvise mengikut tekak sendiri...)

As promised at 12 noon today, Mr Messenger arrive at my office bringing the documents for me to signed... which is the Sales & Purchase Agreement... YES!! Finally i have signed the document! only GOD knows how gabra i was...during the signing ceremony....rasa mcm ada drum roll...and rasa mcm ada beribu2 org dok tgh tgk i sign berjuta2 document tu...fuhhh...lega rasanya...


ok other than that, I have also check on the KWSP guideline.. on account withdrawal... Below are all the documents required:

1. Fill in the Withdrawal Form - KWSP 9C (AHL) (D5)
2. A copy of my IC
3. Latest Bank Statement 
4. Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P)
5. Surat Hakmilik (get from pejabat Tanah...i think its STRATA TITLE ) but in my case belum ada... so must submit Surat Pengesahan daripada Pemaju Mengenai Butiran Rumah yang dibeli  ATAU Deed of Assignment
6. Bank Loan Approval Letter

I definitely need to check with Ms Lawyer about item no 5.... not sure wat is it.... satgi when the time comes for me to submit... and it is difficult to get pulak..it will be wasting alot of time pulak 

Mr Agent sms me to get my lawyer's number...katanya nk tanya pasal surat cancellation kt developer tu... hmmm nampak sgt la lawyer sana tak call lgi developer tu..apatah lagi nk buat surat cancellation tu kan..hampeh dot com.. 

BaNk LoAn AppLicaTioN DoCs...

Today, I when to meet Mr H to get all the forms that i need to fill in for my loan application. There's a few forms that i need to fill in and a few things that i need to prepare...

1. Fill in the Loan Application Form (and get boss's sokongan)
2. Fill in two (2) Insurance Forms
3. A copy of my IC
4. A copy of my latest payslip
5. Valuation Report (original)
6.  Sales and Purchase Agreement

I have completed item 1 to item 5... as for item 6, Ms Lawyer  just sms me earlier to inform that her despatch will bring the documents to my office for me to signed tomorrow... CHECKED!

Oh ya 1 more important thing must make sure is settled! The cancellation of the previous buyer with the house developer. Mrs Owner or Ms Owner's Lawyer have to write a cancellation letter and give to the developer..to confirm that the previous buyer tak jadi beli that property... so that when my lawyer approach the developer later on... the property is available.. and there will be no delay on it.. Ok I have] sms Mr Agent to get him to check with Mrs Owner's Daugther.... CHECKED!

Oh before I forget, tonight must make sure i go through betul2 on all the required documents needed for me to submit to KWSP nnt... on my EPF account withdrawal...

A FeW DaYs FrOm SiGNiNG S&P

After a looooong break of 10days.... siap balik Penang lagi attend one of my best fren's wedding...  Finally my S&P is ready!!!! Tapi semestinya ada la CEREKARAMA sikit disebaliknya... 


Oh well, it started this afternoon when Mr Agent  called me to inform that the S&P is now PENDING for me to signed... I was like..."wat?? really? ooo ok... if thats the case, I will check with my lawyer..."  then I immediately call Ms Lawyer to check with her... she told me that everything is done, except for the final confirmation of the balance payment of 7% deposit... as per amended by Ms Owner's Lawyer, it was stated that

"Ringgit Malaysia ********** (RM**,***-00) only shall be paid to the Vendor within 2 weeks from the date of this Agreement"

Whereas I have included in my deposit receipt, a Special Condition, that i will be paying the remaining 7% using my EPF withdrawal... so how can i pay them in 2 weeks time right after I signed the S&P???? Once I have signed the S&P, Ms Lawyer will have to pass it to the other lawyer to get Mrs Owner to sign the S&P then collect it back send for stamp duty... then only it is ready for collection...then only I can submit to the Bank and apply for the loan pulak...then brapa lama pulak for the loan to approved...once approved...baru boleh apply for the EPF withdrawal... which will take approximately 2 weeks....there goes my 2 weeks then...

Therefore i told Ms Lawyer that I'm not going to agree to a promised that i know I definitely can't fulfill... So i ask her to change it to....

"the balance deposit to be paid within 2 weeks after the approval of the loan."

And this is the reply that we got from Ms Owner's Lawyer

Dear Ms Lawyer,

Please be informed that our client is not agreeable to your client's proposal to pay the balance deposit within 2 weeks after the approval of the loan.

Please be informed that our client is giving 1 month from the date of the SPA for your client to pay the balance deposit.

So I agree.. at least they gave me some extra time... kalau ikut the actual rule is to pay upon signing S&P... so 1 month tu kira ok la...I will try my very best to push the loan processing people....hehe (nak kena p antaq nasi kandaq nih!!!)

Since I am quite busy this week, Ms Lawyer  will be arranging for a messenger to come over to my office within this few days for me to sign all the documents...

And I also have to ask Mr H (Loan Processor) to start collecting my documents for the loan application...

Before i start... let me clear things up... this blog is not a catalog org menega (berniaga) or tgh promote brg letrik or buat sale...  satgi ada yg mai dok order barang kt aku pulak... mampuih! hehe just joking!

Ok after along break...our topic for today is...COLORS...  
YES! We definitely need to paint the house... this is another small thing that i need to really think about... coz it will be costly since it involves the whole house area.. ok actually there is two option... to use wallpapers.. or to paint the house.. I would LOVE to use Wallpapers that gives 3D effects... just like these...

The Living & Dining
How about GREEN!... sort of apple green color... kalau bukan the entire living pun...maybe just the feature wall...but actually I LOVE GREEN WALLS and WHITE FURNITURE....and a touch of DARK WOOD... sumfin like this..

But again.. the sofa is WHITE! Living in Malaysia with white sofa?? tak brapa kena pulak... so i'll have to pass my dream (again) Yenneway.. but I'll make sure the living & dining be GREEN!! ok where was i...ahaa next..


The Kitchen
Since the living and Dining is gonna be Green... so i was thinking of a BROWN kitchen.... but we need a whole new topic to discuss about the kitchen itself... (coz seriously mcm2 nk kena pikir pasal kitchen area... if possible dont wanna end up like my fren who regret asking her hubby to designed the kitchen for her and it turns up to be sooooooo NOT Practical for her...bygkan xdak drawers for spoons...ok..enuff bebeling...) Whats good about a kitchen is... dia ada kitchen cabinets... and it covers 80% of the kitchen area... so the cabinets can be Brown... and the walls can remain as white or cream.. after all wall tu cuma sejemput jer yg akan nampak pun... so we will go in detail about that soon in our next topic...ok Next... Rooms..


The 1st Room 
a.k.a. The Office and Store Room meaning there will be no bed in this room.. Cupboards for storing things.. and tables for computers, fax machine and other office stuff..  kind of a Techno Room... so i thought of a Mixture of PURPLE and GREY might give a kick!

The 2nd Room 
a.k.a. The Guest Room.. which i hope there will be a bed.. and a cupboard.. (depending on budget) if got extra budget my Divan bed will go in this room and I'll get a NEW BED!! AHAKS!! This room is gonna be floral.... Double AHAKS! with DUCHESS Color...

The Master Bedroom 
Since there is too many colors in the house... the master bed will remain as just CREAM...or probably PEARL WHITE...hehe.. only the cadar and the langsir will determine the color of the room at times....hehe..

This afternoon I call Ms Lawyer to check on my S&P Status... according to her, the S&P, Draft version is ready and she has already pass it to Ms Owner's Lawyer to vet through... Now we will have to wait and see whether they agree with it...or nk tambah pape pulak ker...then when they pass back to my Ms Lawyer, she will have to re-check again....then the process will go on and on and on till both parties agrees...


I really hope all this will be done by end of this week.. so that next week i can go sign my S&P!

Today is just one damn lazy day... yeah i know... its not the day actually... its me that is lazy to move my bum bum anywhere...hehe... so all i did all day long (besides washing, sidai and lipating the clothes) was just watching my downloaded NEW SEASON SERIES wuhuuu... and also was putting some detail thoughts about the new house lighting... although its just a LIGHT!

A small thing that u can just buy anywhere at anytime... but u don't want to end up buying the tah apa2 design that will spoil the look of the house pulak kan... Kalau ikutkan hati yang bercitarasa tinggi ni... mcm2 gaya aku nk tempek kat dinding dan ceiling tu....tp bak kata En Hulk....we don't want it to look like kedai lampu pulak nnt...hahahaha...Both of us agree to look for sumfin simple and nice...
 
Ok in order to prepare the budget for the Lightings.... i have to count how many lights and budget the max price for each lights if i were to buy nnt...so this is what i have come out with:

LIGHTING BUDGET

1. Ceiling Lights
• 16 units       RM1,500
2. Wall Lights
• 3 units           RM   300
3. Fans
• 4 units           RM   400
• 1 unit (Big)  RM   300

Total Lighting Budget = RM2,500
But that is if i decide to buy all at 1 GO.... so kalau nk safe lagi... kita akan beli mana yg betul2 perlu saja dulu...mana yg xjumpa lampu lawa2 lagi xyah beli lagi...bila jumpa yg dah puas hati baru beli nnt...tukang pasang ada..anytime jer... janji tolong pegang vacuum je kalau dia kena drill..hehe..

FieLD TRiPs

In my previous post, I have list down some of the main things that i need to buy... so before we could start with our BUDGET.. we have to do some FIELD TRIPS first! That is to survey the range of price per item. so that we do not over spent pulak nnt...

Ok as for today, we have visited few places... such as PSM in Klang, a Tile shop in Shah Alam (that is just to get some idea... plus En Hulk was planning to retile the bathroom) and a Lighting shop in Puchong (which sells..seriously CHEAP LIGHTS!!) Actually this is our 3rd Field Trip.. 

1st Field Trip (3 weeks earlier)

We went to Jln Ipoh... kononnya nk SURVEY brg2 toilet, hob & hood jer...  but we end up buying it!! but we got all at 50%... nnt i tunjuk gmbr2 brg yg i beli... since that incident we decide to control our nafsu-sss by reminding that we dont have the money yet!!!! which is kind of true...hehe...

2nd Field Trip (last weekend)
We went to the Renovation Exhibition in Midvalley... great offer...but xde benda yg important or should i say PRIORITY to buy or to booked...cuma the best deal was the Wood Flooring by Floor Depot.. ni yang jenis Double Layered, price range at RM7 - RM8 per sqft boleh dpt 50% discount then tambah RM1.90per sqft for pasang..patutnya boleh byr booking for RM500 jer...then the booking can last for 1 year...but when we think rationally, the wood flooring is not considered as priority yet...so we will grab the next exhibition punya deal nnt...prob end of next year! hehe..

Seperti yang dijanji kan layanla gambar brg2 yg i dah beli masa i lupa diri tu...

and ada la brg kecik2 yg lain...like water taps and bidet...

PERINGATAN TEGAS: Less Buying More Survey.... then we can choose the best and cheapest item to buy when the time comes...
