OuR PeNaNG GaTeAwaY - Day 1-

DAY 1 : 25 February 2012

This trip has been well-planned by our fren, Ms Zy.. a lil intro about Ms Zy, She is Ms J's Office mate from KL who loves to Cook, Travel and EAT.. she can finish a full-plate of Nasi Kandaq in da morning..but you'll be surprise when u see her FIT Body.. hehe.. all in all..she is such a Cool and Great Buddy to hang around with... 

Ok back to our trip... a KL Gurl, planning a Penang Trip for the Penang Gurls...surprising right!! hahahahaha...

Ok since we were staying in Batu Feringghi, we started our trip towards Teluk Bahang first... where we had our mamak stall breakfast...

  

Then off to our first sight seeing stop... Taman Negara Pulau Pinang...

Trip 2 ThE FieLD..

Yesterday's Flashback: It was a tired working day...  because I had to finished all my today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow's work.. coz I'll be on 2 days leave starting tomorrow.. and I was being extra kalut to finished my work by 6pm coz I'll be going on a trip this evening... A TRiP to The FieLD...wuuuhuu...

Where to?? Stadium Bukit Jalil...

Tujuan??? Tadaaaa...

 

Terkenang pulak masa 1st time I visit a Stadium.. hehe (Kedah Lwn Perak)

 

Yes so today will be my 2nd visit...but this time I mmg betul2 enjoy coz kitaorg pilih seat DEPAN skali..heee mmg rasa mcm duduk kat sebelah player and dapat amik gambar2 yg best!!!

But all in all..it was a great FIELD TRIP!!! We enjoyed spending time together, traveling via public transport (Lrt Putra & STAR..yes just for the game.. hehe), watching the players up close, watching the supporters...and the best part is that we get to feel the REAL HEAT of HARIMAU MALAYA in da stadium... Our SEMANGAT is really3x STRONG!!! especially with the drum and the cheering... 

 

Seriously GREAT FEELING!!

My NeW HouSeMate..

The first trip start at 10am when my New Housemate arrived at my condo..My housemate ni bawak Kancil..which we called as Wall-E..  So 1st trip tu bertungkus-lumus lah si Wall-E ni membawa brg2 my New Housemate...sampai penuhlah kapasiti si Wall-E.. sampai my New Housemate tak berani bawak laju....60km/j jer.. hehe....

After helping her to carry all her stuff up.. we then lepak2 for awhile...and suddenly she said.. "Kakak, jom ikut i p amik my remaining stuff..ada sikiiiittt...lgi...tp i dah penat drive..n I xnak dera Wall-E...can u drive ur car?" (ya btw, my New Housemate is my only one Sista!) Hmmm sikiiiiit jer lagi...ok wat the hack...I pun agree to help her...


But before that kitaorg DETOUR jap ke rumah my elder brother...to hv lunch.. and also to visit our dearly nephew...LuQy... then dah lepak2 kat situ... si LuQy and my Youngest Brother laks nk ikut... kononnya nak tolong lah kan...so off we went to continue our mission.. half way there we just realized that by bringing this two passenger we are now short off 2 space in the car....oh SHUSHI!!!! Tetapi perjuangan harus diteruskan.. 


As soon as we reach her old Rumah Sewa... My Brother n Sister pun terus naik atas n start bringing down all the kononnya sikitttt lagi stuff... Keje I laks, menjaga Lil Luqy (menambahkan lg keje..) and load the car...bayangkan seat belakang keta Gen2 yg dah di flatkan tu pun...brg dia sampai mencecah bumbung Gen2.. (mmg komporm la aku bawak keta tak leh tgk langsung cermin blkg...haahhahha...) I can't imagine if Wall-E yg kena bawak ni semua..hehehe...

Ni baru sewa bilik aritu..kalau la dia sewa rumah.??? Haha lets not think about it...(*~_~)

Speechless..

As I was sorting my mail today... I suddenly saw my TNB Bill.. I was SHOCKED!!! No words can describe it.. I even read the address on the bill 7 times!!! Is this for real.. Is this my bill... Is this bill for this month? I don't know whether I should be worried or not..

I tried to recall back... Ok I'm not gonna lie.. Yes there are a few times that I've skip paying my TNB Bills... There was even once...I sampai dah terima surat MERAH...If I tak bayar, TNB will matikan my Electricity...Why I skipped?? 

You see in my condo, this TNB Guys takkan datang every month to check on my House Meter which is situated at our B1 level...Bilik Kawalan.. (if I'm not mistaken) so what they will do is that... They will just come one month...and the next few months, TNB will just mail the following months bill by using the same amount as the previous bill...they call this bill as ANGGARAN... and it happen to be that my electric bill for the month before the anggaran bill, always kena like RM70-RM80 per month...so the following few months will also remains the same amount... and I ni pulak masa nk bayar bill, kekdg tu malas sikit nk p tgk bill...I always pays RM50..hehe...tu yg terkurang tu...bukan la missed tak bayar langsung...haiishhhh....

Tapi I ni bagus jugak...kekdg bila I terajin tgk bill I sebelum bayar...I mesti byr at the Round-up Rate...Tu yg tak pernah terasa bersalah dikala membayar kurang..hehehehe...

Tapi kali ni I mmg terkeZutttt SeSgt!!!!!

Me & Push Ups.. [Not Bra]

I can't wait to share this cool website.. call BodyRock ...

It's just SIMPLE steps and requires very short time.. All you need to do is the 8 Steps.. 50 second per Steps and rest for 10 second before proceeding to the next Steps.. 

Therefore you only requires abt 8-10 minutes of workout... but seriously its not that EASY.. This was my results:

1. Squat jumps: 16 times
2. Push up (knees - box): 20 times
3. Burpees (step in-out & stand): 7 times
4. High knees (step up): 60 times
5. Jump lunges (step out): 17 times
6. Tuck jumps (side lift): 60 times
7. Triceps dips: 0 time
8. Straight abs (easy up - straight hand): 15 times

But since I'm in the beginners Group.. So I did all the alternative ways.. Surprisingly I could do the Push Up...instead I can't do the Tricep Dips.. Seriously...not even 1 time.. Go on try it out... Have Fun!

Da' TRio BoX..

I was kemas-ing my Pantry and I suddenly realize that I have tons of food in a box... Most of them was given to me by my sis in law, my frenz and others.. (Apa depa ingt aku tatau masak kah?) So the only way to get rid of all that is to cook them all up...

There they are...the Three Box of food for me to cook...

1. Mee Bandung Muar
2. Malay Chicken Biryani
3. Strawberry Cake

Sorry I forgot to take the my Maggi Bandung Muar's Photo..hehe Sorry to say but the paste was a bit FLAT!! I had to add more of Chili Sos, Tomato Sos, Lada Putih and a lil bit of Udang Kering..just to give it a more ummphh!

As for the Malay Chicken Biryani... Just follow the instruction on da Box... apa tunggu lagi...Layann...

Ok as for the Strawberry Cake... Hmm FYI, I've never baked any non-cheese cake before....So bagus jugak la dpt try from da Box ni.. Hopefully menjadi..and when your cake turns out nice..You will definitely be Proud and Happy... and the Urge of doing more Cake will naturally flow within you..hehe... So this is da results.. (*~_~)

The cake turns out Great with No Crack..and not so Dry... But I did add some extra Strawberry Paste (Balance from my Apam Soda).. So it gives a strong Strawberry Smell and Taste.. 

At first I taught off doing a Cream Topping..but since En Hulk doesn't like toppings..so I tak jadi buat.. After all..I'm not gonna eat it my self.. I'm definitely giving him 3/4 of da cake..hahaha Or I can even bring some to my office tomorrow..hehe.. 

p/s: I still have 1 more box of the Moist Cake..Mocha Flavor..

OuR ShoRT TRip..

Yesterday Me & En Hulk went for a short trip to Sunway City, Ipoh... our mission was just to join Ms FJZ's family gathering Dinner.. hehehe...

The trip was soo short that we bertolak at 4.30pm... reach there about 7.45pm then lepak have dinner, tgk Bola (Malaysia Vs Bahrain - Which we Kalah!) and bertolak balik at 2am and reach KL at 4.30am.. We can even call it as Our 12 Hour Trip...

So as usual, I ni bukan boleh p rumah orang tangan kosong... so I sempat la buat a simple dessert to bring it over.. (*~_~)

Triffle Malaysian Style..

Bahan

Swiss roll (Orange Flavor)
1 tin Fruit Cocktail
1 kotak Kristal Jelly (Perisa Raspberry - Brand NONA)
1 tin IDEAL Milk

7 sudu besar Sugar
4 sudu besar Tepung Custard (sukatan membukit)

Water 

1 tin of Slice Peach

Bekas Kaca bersaiz : 7/8 x 10"

Cara membuatnya:

1st Layer

Cut the Swiss Roll (berkeping) and arrange right at the bottom of the container.. (I even cut into half and arrange at the sides). Pour some of the Fruit Cocktail syrup onto the cakes (tak la sampai banjir..just lembabkan jer..). DONE!

2nd Layer
In a big periuk, put in Sugar, IDEAL Milk & Water (measurement: 1 tin). Then let it boil.. sambil2 tu kacau la..xnak dia burn or ada bau hangit.. While it's boiling, in a small bowl,  mix the Tepung Custard & 1/2 tin of Water and put aside.. Once the Milk dah mendidih, kecilkan api and add it the Tepung Custard mixture, kacau sampai likat and berkilat.. Once its ready... Pour on to the 1st Layer.. DONE!

3rd Layer
Toskan Fruit Cocktail and taburkan atas lapisan custard (2nd Layer)... DONE!

4th Layer

Bancuh Kristal Jelly using boiling Water (according to the measurement on the box - approx 400ml tp I add a lil bit more..so that is not too sweet..).. Biarkan jelly sejuk skit..but still cair... and pour on to the Fruit Cocktail (3rd Layer).. DONE!

5th Layer

Since I'm under budget, I did not use Whipped Cream... instead I just arrange Slice Peach as deco on the Jelly..(4th Layer)... WALAA!

Note..

Kalau nk cun lagi.. after the Jelly layer, pour another Custard Layer then baru susun Peach and tabur some Red Cherry (from the fruit cocktail)...
