Small but Meaningful...

Being human we tense to forget those little things that happens in our life... To us, it might just be a small thing... but to others it might be big of a deal! 

For example.. Gifts... most people at all time we will always aspect BIG GIFTS.. especially during Special Occasion..like birthdays.. but what if the gifts was given during just a normal day... Would you appreciate it as how u appreciate your birthday gift?? 

Gifts are meant to be given at any time... and for the one who received it should appreciate and value the gifts..no matter how small it is...  The fact that the person even remembered to buy you the gifts has proof that you are Special to them... and that MEANS A LOT...

Again for example... I have been receiving this gift by someone...

Although it was just a Handphone Casing... yes a small gifts... but to me...it MEANS A LOT... When you go out...besides your wallet what else will you bring with you... Yes definitely you Handphone... thats why I said it MEANS A LOT to me...coz that person knows...that I will definitely bring this casing EVERYWHERE I GO... 

To that SPECIAL PERSON...(you definitely know who you are..) THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the meaningful gifts you have given me... and sorry coz it took me this long just to realize this... Its SMALL but its MEANINGFUL...(*~_~)

Unwanted Species..

First of all I'm soooo sorry to be telling about this...but I really have too...lets take this as a pengajaran to all...

This is how it started...As I switch on my bathroom light last nite... guess what FREAK ME OUT...I saw a BIG COCKROACH!! and what makes it worst is... it was crawling on MY TOOTHBRUSH!!!!!!!!!! Eiiuuwwww x 10000......... 

I straight away took the Roach Spray and spray on it....it did fell down and out of my toilet window.... but my TOOTHBRUSH???? Eiiuuwwwww this is soooooooooooo disgusting!!!!!

As expected... I THROW AWAY ALL the Toothbrush in my Bathroom... and bought new ones this morning...TADAA..

 

Haaaaaamik kau!!! I bought Six (6) NEW Toothbrush all comes with an individual Cap Cover... Siap beli Traveling Case for Toothbrush lagi... Haaaa....

Phheeww...Puas hati I....so people...PLEASE make sure ur Toothbrush is fully protected from the UNWANTED SPECIES....Again...Eiuuwww...

Ok as for today I would like to post another new important recipe from my Master Sifoo...En Hulk... 

Nasi Ayam Gebera Style

Bahan Sup Ayam..
 1/2 ekor Ayam (dipotong kecil - xbuang kulit pun xper..)

1 ulas Bawang Putih (diketuk)

1 ulas Bawang Besar (dipotong dadu - kecil)

1 inci Halia (diketuk)

1 bungkus Sup Bunjut

Sedikit Kayu Manis, Bunga Lawang, Buah Pelaga & Bunga Cengkih

1 sudu besar Rempah Sup

Ubi Kentang (dipotong panjang)

Lobak Merah (dipotong bunga)

Daun Sup & Daun Bawang (dihiris halus) 

Air Secukupnya 

Garam & Gula secukupnya

Cara Penyediaan Sup..

1. Rebus Ayam dengan Air jer for about 5 - 10minutes... 
2. Keluarkan 3/4 dari kuantiti Ayam and toskan.. 
3. Keluarkan jugak kuantiti Air Rebusan, sebanyak mana yang diperlukan untuk masak nasi nnt...
4. Masukkan Semua Bahan-Bahan Lain seperti di atas dan biarkan ia reneh sehingga Ubi empuk..
5. Tambah Garam & Gula secukupnya... tabur Daun Sup & Daun Bawang
6. SIAP!

Bahan Ayam Goreng..

1 ulas Bawang Putih (blend)

1 inci Halia  (blend)

3 sudu besar Kicap

3 sudu besar Madu

1 sudu besar Sos Tiram

Garam

Cara Penyediaan Ayam Goreng..

1. Once Ayam dah sejuk selepas direbus tadi...masukkan semua bahan diatas dan gaul sama rata..
2. Perap selama 1-2 jam...sebaik-baiknya semalaman...(lagi sedap..)
3. Then goreng Ayam tersebut dalam kuali dan make sure ayam terendam penuh dalam minyak and minyak betul2 panas.. (tak perlu masak lama sgt sebab ayam dah direbus...) 
4. SIAP!

  

Bahan Nasi Ayam..
3 pot Beras

1/2 inci Halia

1 bungkus Sup Bunjut

Daun Pandan (disimpul)

1 sudu besar Planta (margarine)

Air Rebusan Ayam (ikut measurement utk masak nasi)

Garam

Cara Penyediaan Nasi Ayam..

1. Cuci Beras bersih-bersih....
2. Masukkan Semua Bahan di atas  KECUALI PLANTA... kedalam periuk nasi..
3. Once Nasi dah half-cooked, masukkan Planta dan gaul rata...dan biar Nasi masak..
4. SIAP!

Bahan Kuah Cili ..

1 ulas Bawang Putih (blend)

5 biji Cili Merah (blend)

Sedikit Air

Sedikit Cuka

Garam & Gula Secukupnya

Cara Penyediaan..

1. Blend Cili Merah, Bawang Putih dan sedikit Air.
2. Masukkan Cuka, Garam & Gula kedalam Bahan Blend dan masak dalam periuk..
3. Rasa dan tambah mana2 ingredient yang perlu
4. WAALAA its ready!

Note..

Bila nak hidang, jangan lupa DAUN SALAD & TOMATO...Ayam Goreng juga harus diketuk, then tuangkan sedikit Kuah Cili dan Kicap Manis...lagi Uummph!
(As always kepada sesiapa yg nak guna recipe I ni...pepandai la improvise mengikut tekak sendiri...)

A Grand Ball Invitation...

     Once upon a time... there were 7 Princesses who lives together in a castle...The Princesses has 3  lovely helper...or should i say Maid (Ms Gebera, Ms SRK & En Hulk)...  

     One day the Princesses received an invitation from the King to attend a Grand Ball in Mersing, Johor...  And without wasting anytime, within two days, the 3 Maids puts out all their BEST EFFORT in dressing up the Lovely Princesses...

Lady of the Tepak Sireh.. Her Collagen Facial Treatment was done by En Hulk... and it makes her look 10 Years Younger...ahaks!

Magic...

There's this Magic Work that I can't wait to share with today... Presenting the before and after picture... TAADAAAA.... (*~_~)

This as I mention earlier...is a work of MAGiC... at first we were sooooo DOWN to see the tepak sireh.. It was too gloomy..a.k.a xnaik seri.. Plus of coz we wouldn't want the tepak to spoil all of our hardwork and effort.... We knew that we had to POLISHED it... but what we never aspect was that it could turn out to be soooo STUNNING after the Polishing Session...So Yes the formula is.. 

AUTOSOL (Metal Polish) + Mr. Polish (yg Tersohor) = WALAA!!!

Presenting Mr Tukang Polish...En Hulk...hehe..mahai ni bayaran dia....1 set of polished Tepak Sireh = 1 Karaoke Session....We accept REDBOX oni...hehe... [Hope Ms SRK is taking notes on this..hehe]

Drill Method is specially designed by En Hulk...

Above all, I'm very Proud of my team as well as myself.. We manage to change something that everyone is worried about into something  IMPRESSIVE!! Can't wait for our Next Project...(jika ada...)

By the way, this is the Final Result of the Tepak Sireh after Polishing...WALAA...

Gold Dust...

"Hacchummmm!!!" Bless me..

My day starts with a special delivery Roti Canai Breakfast by Ms SRK...hehe.. (aku yg order kt dia kot!) Followed by a Never Ending Story Telling Session... (walaupun mulut bergerak...kaki n tangan pun turut bergerak sekali...) We did not waste any minutes... We started our Project Mission at 9.30am and stops at 5.15pm... (mcm kerja laks ekk..) I only stop to cooked Lunch for Ms SRK... Even my cooking time was a record today...as I managed to cook Ayam Masak Kicap, Ikan Sambal n Telur Dadar within the same time the Rice Cooker POPS its Cooked Button.. Ms SRK siap tambah nasi..its either the food was nice..or she's really hungry...hehe

We manage to complete 3½ Baskets... and also manage to sprinkle my whole living room will GOLDEN DUST from the gold ribbon I bought.. "Haaaachuumm!" and yes now I can't stop sneezing.. and my troat dah start to gatal2 and sore...oh please let me finished my work first!!! hahaha again...I'm Obsess with Work! (Hmmmm nak upload gambar ke tak ekk... esok jer la upload semua skali...hehe..) 

So we are left with 3½ Baskets more to go... Great Planning! But there will be some Hunting Mission that needs to be done tomorrow morning....

Above all, we were soooo proud of ourselves coz we manage to turn something we don't like to something BEAUTIFUL and CLASSIC...

The M LeaVe...not MarriAGe or MaternitY

Well... More Great News for me... I'm currently on Mandatory Leave!!!! 

This is COMPULSORY 5 days leave that will be deducted from our leave entitlement..and on top of that we are not allowed to enter our work premise within that period of time.

Actually I was being forced by my Boss to take this leave.. He said I was the only one who has yet to take ML.. Therefore I had no choice but to take it either this week or next week.. and since next week my calendar dah full with my office projects, So I've decided to take this week... 

At first I was quite tensed coz I didn't know what to do during this leave... dah la kena paksa... takdak plan lak tu...nak balik kampung, my Mommy pulak is in Singapore..ada sedara kawin..(kendurinya 2 hari jer...tp Mommy decided to spent some more time there...) 

Tp mmg betul la kata pepatah...

Dari takder plan..terus ke BIG PROJECT...  hehe.. Yes a Hantaran Project for Ms SRK's Brother in Law's Engagement.. There will be 7 Dulang...or in this project it will be called as 7 Baskets... with the color theme of Maroon & Gold.. As of today, I have bought the Flowers and complete the platform.. I have yet to buy the ribbons coz I need to LOOK at all the colors of the gifts first... which Ms SRK will be bringing it tomorrow.. 

So this project will keep me busy for the next 2 days.. even Ms SRK have taken her leave to assist me in finishing this Fantastic Project effective tomorrow.. 

The idea of the flower arrangement will be something like this.. TADAAA...

The leaves makes it look lively and refreshing...

Work-A-hoLic..

I must agree with some people who thinks that I'm a Workaholic person... 

Actually its not that I love my job that much.. but its the Satisfactory Feeling that i feel after resolving some issues.... it shows how fast and effective my brains work..or when I manage to satisfy my customer..in my case its my Company's Staff... coz I'm in HR...

Some points that makes me realize that I'm a workaholic are as follows..

• When people goes back at 6pm...I will stay back and work till 9pm.. most of the time.. (Reason: To settle my work without and disturbance from Others...)
  
  
• When people rest or enjoys their social life during the weekends, I love to work during the weekends.. (Reason: To settle my work without and disturbance from Others...)
  
  
• When people does their work according to their Job Description.. I will always do more..especially ensuring at least 6 New Initiative of Improvements in my Unit.. (Reason: To ease my work processing, save time, measure my capability and stretch myself...)
  
  
• When people only work or help within their units...I love helping Other Units as well.. (Reason: To gained more knowledge...especially in other units..so that I can be a HR Generalist)
  
  
• Above all.. the reason I work hard is to be a CEO one day..

Just like this weekend... I had volunteered myself to help the Training Units to manage one of the Training Event in Port Dickson.. 

The reasons I volunteered was because..

1. There will be 3 Training Event which involves 100-300pax per event, 1 in Trolak and 2 more in PD... and there are only 3 Staff in the HR Training Unit..
   
   
2. To gain new knowledge in Training Units..
   
   
3. I was quite free during the weekend as I'm still Single and no Commitment yet..
   
   
4. I just LOVE Event Management....
