Just a simple and short statement...

"I've received my EPF Withdrawal TODAY!!!!!"

Phewhhhh That was fast...and above all VERY ON TIME.. coz according to the SnP, I have to settle the balance of the deposit within 1 month from the SnP date... in other words, should pay before 18th December...and memandangkan the 18th falls on a Sunday...and today is already FRIDAY... so I don't seems to have any choice but to prepare the Bankers Cheque today and get my Mr Messenger, En Hulk to delivers it with me.. to Ms Lawyer's Office by TODAY as well....

And again Syukur Alhamdulillah.... everything went smooth as planned...

Une Journée De Farniente

Do not ask me how to pronounce it... coz I don't have any FISHking idea...Hehehe.. You may get the meaning when you search via Google Translate France - Eng ..

This is how it happen.. the moment I arrive to my office this morning, I have this strange feeling... deeeeeeep down inside me... the feel of heavy... down... weak... and hungry... although I did had my heavy breakfast...OATS... + Chicken Briyani for Lunch... but yet I'm still Hungry at 2.30pm...(oh nooo whats wrong with me!!!)

Hmm.. that's strange rite... I don't know why I feel this way...and how it happen.. but  all I know..since morning... all I did was only surfing the net..and CHATTING with Ms SRK via FB chat..hehe..YES DA WHOLE DAY.. Although our work place is like 15 mins away...but we only see each other in a years time... like the last time I saw her...was a year ago...when she delivers her Charming Prince ChuQi....And then recently, we just met again last Saturday for lunch and to discuss on some business matter... (mcm besar jek bunyik business nih..)


Fine...to discuss about a favor that she requires from me... she had to prepare a HANTARAN for her Bro iN LaW's betunang ceremony... So that's why we decided to meet in Masjid Jamek..to Survey some ideas...and to catch up after a year apart....(Waduh...cam becinta laks...hehe)


So on that Saturday...we did as planned.. only that it was not enuff...that we decided to continue the discussion today...not so sure whether the Not Enuff part was meant for the Hantaran discussion or that We Missed Each Other... (*~_~) 

Oh well.... OnLy wE KnoW WhAt wE FeeL....

My Sunday Food Feast

I know that I'm suppose to go on diet... but... things happen right..  this is what I decided to cook today... hehe (*~_~)

Mee Kari Gebera Style

Bahan Tumis
2 ulas Bawang Merah dihiris 

2 ulas Bawang Putih dihiris

2 tangkai daun kari

1 batang kayu manis (2 inci)

1 kuntum bunga lawang

Bahan Blend
2 ulas Bawang Besar

Tauhu 'Pok'

3 biji buah keras

1 cm Lengkuas

1 cm Halia

1 inci Kunyit Hidup

Bahan Lain

2 ketul Besar isi Ayam (dipotong kecil) 
1 sudu besar Cili Kisar

1 peket kecil Rempah kari daging BABAS 

1/2 cawan santan pekat (agak2 la)

1 keping Asam Gelugur

2 biji Ubi Kentang (dibelah lapan)

1 batang Carrot

5 biji Jagung Kecik

2 biji Tomato (dibelah 2) 
4 biji Tauhu 'Pok'

1 peket Fish Ball

2 ketul Fish Cake (dipotong kecil)

 

Cara Penyediaan..

1. Tumis Bahan Tumis sehingga naik bau..
2. Masukkan Cili Kisar dan masak sampai naik minyak sikit.. basically for the cili to cook well... (kang sakit pewot laks)..
3. Then masukkan Bahan Blend and masak sampai naik bau... (wangi...)
4. Masukkan Rempah kari (mixed with water until become paste) dan masak for about 5 minutes.. sampai pecah minyak.. to make sure the rempah kari is well cooked!
5. Once rempah dah masak & dah naik minyak, masukkan Garam,  Ayam, Ubi Kentang and Air (sampai berkuah), slowkan api and masak lama sikit...sampai ubi empuk..
6. Once nampak ubi dah half cooked, masukkan Asam Keping,  Carrot & Jagung Kecik..
7. Bila ubi dah empuk, masukkan Udang, Tomato, Tauhu 'Pok', Fish Ball, Fish Cake & Santan... Keep on stirring.. so that santan to tak naik kepala..(tambah Garam, Gula & Air  jika perlu..)
8. Biar reneh for about 1 mins more... and WAALAA its ready!

Note..

* Kalau ada Udang pun sedap...6-7 ekor Udang (bersaiz Sederhana) masukkan together with fish ball..
* Not to forget the other Sampingan Ingredients...
    ~ Mee Kuning or watever Mee (Celur dgn air panas)
    ~ Taugeh
    ~ Daun Sup & Daun Bawang
    ~ Cili Merah  
    ~ Limau Kasturi
    ~ Bawang Goreng
    ~ Telur Rebus

Tadaaa....

I'm actually still not over yesterday's excitement feeling... 

I feel Good...tenenenenenenet.... 

I Know That I Would... tenenenenenet.. hehehee

Ok ok... but there's much to be done... and perjalanan masih jauh.. till I get MY HOUSE KEY!!! I'm Lovin' it!!! Ok My next step is to submit my EPF Application for 1st time 1st House Purchasing Withdrawal... 

Note: You can withdraw not more that 10% of your Purchase price from your EPF Akaun 2 ONLY... 

Based on my Previous Post...  SiGNinG CeReMonY..(20 Oct)  , I have list down all the documents required. Let me just re-list it again here:

1. Fill in the Withdrawal Form - KWSP 9C (AHL) (D5)
2. A copy of my IC (Certified by Employer)
3. Latest Bank Statement  (Certified by Bank Officer)
4. Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P) (Certified by Lawyer)
5. Developer's Confirmation Letter (Certified by Lawyer)
6. Bank Loan Approval Letter (Certified by Bank Officer)

At sharp 1.45 pm, En Hulk fetch me from my Office... and we went straight to KWSP, Jalan Gasing.. (I hv confirmed with the call center that that branch arrange all this withdrawal matter..and according to my colleague, this particular branch is systematic and really fast)

As soon as we reach there.. we went to use the KIOSKS available to check our current statement.. (Coz I hv yet to write down the total amount I required)... Then we proceed to the counter in the Lobby that is giving out the numbers..and when the Officer ask some quick wuestion to me... It seems I need to go the the Right Counter first... Which is the Document Verification Counter...

Once the Officer In Charge had VERIFIED my documents... (as aspect-ed..hehe eksenn).. we went back to the counter in the lobby... then only she will give the waiting number to go into the main hall...

As soon as I enter the main hall, my number was being called straight away..to COUNTER 11... then a more detail checing...on my IC, Thumb-print and Signature was being done here.. and Finally... STAMP!!!!! she BANG a BIG STAMP on my Document... and its return there as "DILULUSKAN" fuhh masa tu...rasa nk gugur jantung I sebab bedebar kuat sgt... fuuuuh!!!!

Note: The OIC also informed me to wait for about 2 weeks...for the Money to be Bank into my Account...so all I can do now is to Patiently Wait..

Within an hour I'm back in my office... First time obeying the TIME-OFF RULES!!! hehe (*~_~)

 

Wonderful Wednesday..

  

    A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words.. Yes as what I have been patiently waiting, My House Loan has been APPROVED!!!!  

      No words can describe how HAPPY and GRATEFUL I am the moment I received a call about my APPROVED LOAN!! (I can go on saying this same word all day long...hahaha)

   My very own property... Never imagine at the age of 28years old I would own a property... Well Done, Ms Gebera!! This is a Great Achievement or should I say a REWARD on all my hard work so far.. Alhamdulillah Syukur.. Walaupun ada masalah yg timbul masa preparing the S&P.. between lawyers and Owner.. at least the issues was not a BIG issue.. it was just a small matter / a miscommunication.. which could be resolved in just a week or two... Dugaan tetap kena ada...cuma xla berat sgt... 

So all I can say again is Alhamdulillah...

Baby Sitter for the Weekend..

It was a very HECTIC weekend with my lil nephew.. Lil Luqy.. a 1++ year old cheeky boy with genius brains.. 

The reason I had to spent my weekend with Lil Luqy was because my elder Brother n Sis In Law had to attend a 2Days 1 Nite Event somewhere in Hulu Selangor.. (so they are not that far..if anything bad were to happen I can just ask them to come back home..and Syukur Alhamdulillah...nothing really bad happen)

Actually my Brother had set two Main task for me.. that is to babysit his son...and fetch our Maktok at my Uncle's House in Sg Buaya, Rawang... So the whole day of Saturday I spent in Rawang together with Lil Luqy and my Lil Brother.. and then after dinner we came back to my brother's house in Damansara..

That nite, I slept with Lil Luqy.. at first it was alrite.. but then it got worst when he woke up at 2am and thought I was his mommy... O.M.G!!! then luckily Bibik was there to cool him down.. then again he woke up at 4am again..crying..I think the boy really misses his mommy... poor thing..(I siap bukak Disney Channel for him to cool down... hehe sonok ekk dpt tgk tb pagi2 buta..)

But poor me too.. I got this really bad headache when I woke up this morning.. probably with the tiredness from driving plus I was not able to sleep well through the nite.. 

But as for Lil Luqy.. he was back to his Happy Mode.. this morning.. playing with his bicycle.. and gomol2 with us.. watching his Disney Channel... and not to forget... punggah his mommy's tupperware cupboard.. Poor Bibik...have to kemas back..

Ni lagi satu.. pantang org bukak Laptop.. sibuk nk suruh kita bukak Youtube cari Elmo Song lah... Sesame Street Songs lah... ape2 jer lah... hehehehe.. Budak2 zaman IT lah katakan...

Minta2 la masa study pun camni nnt...AMIN!!

Lepas lunch td... I dah nk balik.. plus his parent pun dah on da way back.. and since ada my Maktok, I tak risau sgt nk tinggalkan Lil Luqy with Bibik.. On my way back, I drop my Lil Brother kat UM dulu... then baru balik to my HOME SWEET HOME...

Sampai jer umah..do some laundry.. and lepak depan Laptop tgk my tv series.. I was actually trying to get some rest...or should I say...sleep... hehehe...that was the main reason kenapa nk balik awal...hehehhe.. 

So Meet Erica Strange....

This is also one of my fav series...Yes in life we intend to regret on what has happen... and we kept on saying.. "If I could have chosen the other road... hmmm.." (then mengeluh)

The the real fact is that...

"Everything Happen For A Reason..."

So in this series, since she has never like her life.. and always regret on every single thing that she does... she was given a chance to go back to the past and face it if she were to choose the other road..and Yes it always turns out that what ever she choose earlier was best or was meant for her..
