Lunch - Dinner - Lunch

One day I saw this delicious Nasi Goreng in Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan, TV3...but I can't remember which episode and where the restaurant is.. It looked sooooo damn YUMMY.. I really love the main ingredient of the Nasi Goreng.. plus it has been ages since I last eat that particular main ingredient.. CORNED BEEF... This is the definition I found in Wikipedia...

"Corned beef is a type of salt-cured beef products present in many beef-eating cultures. The term comes not from the grain corn, but from the treatment of the meat with "corns" of salt."
Those days I love to eat it with bread.. since I saw the Nasi Goreng.. I dah bertekad that 1 DAY I will cooked that Yummy Nasi Goreng..and that 1 DAY is TODAY... 

By the way, I purposely cook 2 pots of Rice so that I can eat this Yummy Nasi Goreng of mine (kalu jadi la..hehe) for today's Lunch, today's Dinner and tomorrow's Lunch...muahahaha puas hati aku... (*~_~)



Nasi Goreng Corned Beef Gebera Style

Bahan Tumis
1 ulas Bawang Besar dihiris halus
3 ulas Bawang Putih diketuk
1 biji Cili Merah dihiris halus 

Bahan Lain
2 pot Nasi Putih
2 biji Telur (Grade B)
1 batang Celery dipotong 
3/4 tin Corned Beef
Sedikit Planta & Serbuk Lada Putih

 


Cara Penyediaan..
  1. Tumis Bahan Tumis dengan Planta sehingga naik bau..
  2. Masukkan Corned Beef dan Serbuk Lada Putih secukup rasa..Goreng sehingga kering..(approximately 5-8 minutes..) Tambah Planta jika perlu..
  3. Once Corned Beef dah nampak kering n garing, perlahankan api dan masukkan Nasi Putih.. Gaul sehingga kesemua bahan nampak sebati.. (Tak perlu tambah garam sebab Corned Beef dah masin..)
  4. Then tolak Nasi ketepi kuali and buat lubang kat tengah mcm STADIUM... (you may refer to the picture)
  5. Kuatkan api semula, masukkan sedikit Planta dan Telur... 
  6. Once Telur dah nampak half cooked, kacau2 sikit supaya nampak hancur... once  Telur dah 3/4 cooked, gaulkan dengan Nasi...(make sure nasi xnampak berketul disebabkan telur xmasak..speardkan nasi tu dan masak lama skit atas kuali...supaya telur masak betul)
  7. Rasa Nasi, boleh tambah Serbuk Lada Putih jika perlu.
  8. Tutup api, and masukkan Celery...gaul sehingga sebati and...WAALAA its ready!
Note..
* Nasi I ni kering sikit.. kalau makan dengan Sup Ayam lagi SODAP!!..
(As always kepada sesiapa yg nak guna recipe I ni...pepandai la improvise mengikut tekak sendiri...)
