First of all I'm soooo sorry to be telling about this...but I really have too...lets take this as a pengajaran to all...
This is how it started...As I switch on my bathroom light last nite... guess what FREAK ME OUT...I saw a BIG COCKROACH!! and what makes it worst is... it was crawling on MY TOOTHBRUSH!!!!!!!!!! Eiiuuwwww x 10000.........
I straight away took the Roach Spray and spray on it....it did fell down and out of my toilet window.... but my TOOTHBRUSH???? Eiiuuwwwww this is soooooooooooo disgusting!!!!!
As expected... I THROW AWAY ALL the Toothbrush in my Bathroom... and bought new ones this morning...TADAA..
Haaaaaamik kau!!! I bought Six (6) NEW Toothbrush all comes with an individual Cap Cover... Siap beli Traveling Case for Toothbrush lagi... Haaaa....
Phheeww...Puas hati I....so people...PLEASE make sure ur Toothbrush is fully protected from the UNWANTED SPECIES....Again...Eiuuwww...
Ok as for today I would like to post another new important recipe from my Master Sifoo...En Hulk...
Nasi Ayam Gebera Style
Bahan Sup Ayam..
1/2 ekor Ayam (dipotong kecil - xbuang kulit pun xper..)
1/2 ekor Ayam (dipotong kecil - xbuang kulit pun xper..)
1 ulas Bawang Putih (diketuk)
1 ulas Bawang Besar (dipotong dadu - kecil)
1 inci Halia (diketuk)
1 bungkus Sup Bunjut
Sedikit Kayu Manis, Bunga Lawang, Buah Pelaga & Bunga Cengkih
1 sudu besar Rempah Sup
Ubi Kentang (dipotong panjang)
Lobak Merah (dipotong bunga)
Daun Sup & Daun Bawang (dihiris halus)
Air Secukupnya
Garam & Gula secukupnya
Cara Penyediaan Sup..
- Rebus Ayam dengan Air jer for about 5 - 10minutes...
- Keluarkan 3/4 dari kuantiti Ayam and toskan..
- Keluarkan jugak kuantiti Air Rebusan, sebanyak mana yang diperlukan untuk masak nasi nnt...
- Masukkan Semua Bahan-Bahan Lain seperti di atas dan biarkan ia reneh sehingga Ubi empuk..
- Tambah Garam & Gula secukupnya... tabur Daun Sup & Daun Bawang
- SIAP!
Bahan Ayam Goreng..
1 ulas Bawang Putih (blend)
1 inci Halia (blend)
3 sudu besar Kicap
3 sudu besar Madu
1 sudu besar Sos Tiram
Garam
Cara Penyediaan Ayam Goreng..
- Once Ayam dah sejuk selepas direbus tadi...masukkan semua bahan diatas dan gaul sama rata..
- Perap selama 1-2 jam...sebaik-baiknya semalaman...(lagi sedap..)
- Then goreng Ayam tersebut dalam kuali dan make sure ayam terendam penuh dalam minyak and minyak betul2 panas.. (tak perlu masak lama sgt sebab ayam dah direbus...)
- SIAP!
Bahan Nasi Ayam..
3 pot Beras
1/2 inci Halia
1 bungkus Sup Bunjut
Daun Pandan (disimpul)
1 sudu besar Planta (margarine)
Air Rebusan Ayam (ikut measurement utk masak nasi)
Garam
Cara Penyediaan Nasi Ayam..
- Cuci Beras bersih-bersih....
- Masukkan Semua Bahan di atas KECUALI PLANTA... kedalam periuk nasi..
- Once Nasi dah half-cooked, masukkan Planta dan gaul rata...dan biar Nasi masak..
- SIAP!
Bahan Kuah Cili ..
1 ulas Bawang Putih (blend)
5 biji Cili Merah (blend)
Sedikit Air
Sedikit Cuka
Garam & Gula Secukupnya
Cara Penyediaan..
- Blend Cili Merah, Bawang Putih dan sedikit Air.
- Masukkan Cuka, Garam & Gula kedalam Bahan Blend dan masak dalam periuk..
- Rasa dan tambah mana2 ingredient yang perlu
- WAALAA its ready!
Note..
Bila nak hidang, jangan lupa DAUN SALAD & TOMATO...Ayam Goreng juga harus diketuk, then tuangkan sedikit Kuah Cili dan Kicap Manis...lagi Uummph!
