Mee Kari Gebera Style
Bahan Tumis
2 ulas Bawang Merah dihiris
2 ulas Bawang Merah dihiris
2 ulas Bawang Putih dihiris
2 tangkai daun kari
1 batang kayu manis (2 inci)
1 kuntum bunga lawang
Bahan Blend
2 ulas Bawang Besar
2 ulas Bawang Besar

3 biji buah keras
1 cm Lengkuas
1 cm Halia
1 inci Kunyit Hidup
Bahan Lain
2 ketul Besar isi Ayam (dipotong kecil)
1 sudu besar Cili Kisar
1 sudu besar Cili Kisar
1 peket kecil Rempah kari daging BABAS
1/2 cawan santan pekat (agak2 la)
1 keping Asam Gelugur
2 biji Ubi Kentang (dibelah lapan)
1 batang Carrot
5 biji Jagung Kecik
2 biji Tomato (dibelah 2)
4 biji Tauhu 'Pok'
4 biji Tauhu 'Pok'
1 peket Fish Ball
2 ketul Fish Cake (dipotong kecil)
Cara Penyediaan..
- Tumis Bahan Tumis sehingga naik bau..
- Masukkan Cili Kisar dan masak sampai naik minyak sikit.. basically for the cili to cook well... (kang sakit pewot laks)..
- Then masukkan Bahan Blend and masak sampai naik bau... (wangi...)
- Masukkan Rempah kari (mixed with water until become paste) dan masak for about 5 minutes.. sampai pecah minyak.. to make sure the rempah kari is well cooked!
- Once rempah dah masak & dah naik minyak, masukkan Garam, Ayam, Ubi Kentang and Air (sampai berkuah), slowkan api and masak lama sikit...sampai ubi empuk..
- Once nampak ubi dah half cooked, masukkan Asam Keping, Carrot & Jagung Kecik..
- Bila ubi dah empuk, masukkan Udang, Tomato, Tauhu 'Pok', Fish Ball, Fish Cake & Santan... Keep on stirring.. so that santan to tak naik kepala..(tambah Garam, Gula & Air jika perlu..)
- Biar reneh for about 1 mins more... and WAALAA its ready!
Note..
* Kalau ada Udang pun sedap...6-7 ekor Udang (bersaiz Sederhana) masukkan together with fish ball..* Not to forget the other Sampingan Ingredients...

~ Daun Sup & Daun Bawang
~ Cili Merah
~ Limau Kasturi
~ Bawang Goreng
~ Telur Rebus
